Pinnacle Lookout Tower

Description
Built by the CCC (Civilian Conservation Corps) in 1937, this fire lookout provided views of the Cumberland River and surrounding areas for the watchmen. At 1,300' MSL, this tower stands 40' tall and was registered with The National Historic Lookout Register after being decommissioned then restored in 2008.
